Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and proactively identifying gaps or discounts.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Developing product familiarity across a large panel of insurance companies and our evolving app.
• Resolving customer inquiries through effective problem solving.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Providing feedback to help ship product improvements.
