Jerry.ai is seeking a customer operations professional to help customers manage car and home insurance through our remote-first platform. You will respond to inbound calls, understand policy needs, and guide users through our app across multiple insurers while spotting coverage gaps and applicable discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
• Assist policyholders needing changes and updates
• Dive deep into product and navigate app with multiple insurers
• Identify coverage gaps or discounts and communicate alternatives
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
• Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience
