Wellcove is seeking a customer service specialist for a remote call center role. You will handle telephone inquiries from policyholders, providers, and agents, providing information on benefits and claims status while updating records in our system.

The position requires a High school diploma or GED with at least six months of related call center experience. Strong communication, data entry, and accuracy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Six months of related call center experience or training.

• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, providers, agents, or others.
• Provide information on benefits verification and claims status.
• Research company records to resolve inquiries and perform routine transactions.
• Maintain knowledge base of company products and services.
• Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Provide written and oral communication on inquiry status and resolution.
• Initiate and complete call tracks and clerical tasks as needed.
• Work various shifts as required.
• Type at least 30 wpm with 95% accuracy.
