Job summary

PromiseAlliance in the United States is seeking a courteous and capable Customer Service Representative to assist policyholders with inquiries, claims support, and account needs. This remote role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, provide accurate policy information, assist with billing questions, document interactions, and maintain updated records while complying with standards and privacy

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and accounts remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from policyholders.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
