Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries from providers, agents, policyholders, and others for information on policy details
• Verify benefits and claims status by accessing and updating the software system
• Provide service and follow‑up on insurance questions by researching company records
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of information per regulations
• Communicate inquiry status and resolution in writing and verbally
• Initiate and complete standard call-tracking tasks and clerical duties
