Job summary

You will access systems to verify benefits and track claims, provide written and spoken updates, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services while protecting privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to respond accurately to policyholder inquiries.
• Familiarity with privacy and information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, providers, and agents.
• Provide information on benefits verification and claims status by accessing systems.
• Document inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Maintain and reference the knowledge base for products and services.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of information per regulations.
• Communicate status and resolutions in writing or verbally.

• Type at least 30 wpm with high accuracy.
