Job summary

Stillwater Insurance Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative, service-focused team. The role handles inquiries, policy updates, and problem resolution for policyholders, agents, and partners. It is remote from home with hours 9:00am–6:00pm PST after training.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, an active 2-20 FL license, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual candidates are a plus, with insurance experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty License (2-20 FL) required.
• Ability to maintain licensure in required states based on business needs.
• Proficiency in database systems, internet applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• If remote, ability to maintain stable internet service and a quiet work environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests across multiple channels while meeting service levels.
• Provide policy and coverage information including account status and transaction history.
• Assist agents and policyholders with policy issuance, continuation, and updates.
• Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate customers on appropriate products and services and build trust-based relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer needs.
