Job summary

FOCUS is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound calls and chats for personal lines policies. You will answer questions, process endorsements and cancellations, and assist with billing inquiries while upholding carrier guidelines.

Two years of Personal Lines agency experience and knowledge of P&C operations are preferred. A hybrid remote/work environment is available, with a focus on delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• Two years agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer requests and provide solutions within guidelines.
• Manage call metrics (quality, handle time, availability, hold times).
• Prioritize and manage workflow for timely processing of transactions.
• Develop strong customer relationships via phone or chat and deliver high service levels.
