Allstate is expanding its virtual sales team and seeking highly motivated individuals to work from home in a fast-paced sales environment. You will engage with shoppers via calls, chat, SMS, and more, uncover needs, and recommend Allstate products with no cold calling.

Base pay is $18 per hour with an average total compensation of $52,730-$76,480 per year. Full benefits start day one, including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan, plus training and licensing support.

Formación

• 1 year or more of sales or customer-service experience (sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain required licenses with employer support.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as the primary engagement channel.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live interactions.
• Maintain schedules including evenings and weekends to meet coverage needs.
