Allstate is expanding its virtual sales organization and seeks motivated individuals for remote Insurance Sales Representative roles. You will engage shoppers via calls, chat, and SMS, uncover coverage needs, and tailor solutions from Allstate products. Expect to work from home with a strong base plus uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or customer service (sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain P&C license with Allstate support.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home workspace.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and other channels in a work-from-home center.
• Conduct consultative sales to identify customer needs and gaps.
• Convert warm leads into customers using a proven sales strategy.
• Deliver a customer-first experience while driving sales growth.
