Allstate Insurance Co. is expanding its virtual sales team and seeking highly motivated individuals for a remote, full-time Insurance Sales Representative role. You will engage with active shoppers via calls, chat, and SMS, uncover needs, and recommend Allstate products through a proven consultative approach.

This is a work-from-home position with a strong emphasis on customer-first service. Base pay starts at $18/hour with total compensation ranging from about $52,730 to $76,480 annually, plus

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in state of residence (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain required resident and non-resident Producer licenses to sell insurance in states designated by Allstate.
• High school diploma or GED required.
