Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license preferred.
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must maintain required resident and non-resident licenses for states designated by Allstate.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live interactions.
• Maintain availability during work hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while assisting customers.
