Job summary

Allstate invites motivated individuals to join a growing virtual sales team as an Insurance Sales Representative. You will engage with active shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more from a home-based call center environment.

Leverage insurance expertise to tailor solutions and convert warm leads using a proven consultative approach, without cold calling. Base pay starts at $18/hour with an average total compensation range of $52,730–$76,480 per year (base + incentives).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state preferred.
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours, including first 90 days.
• Adhere to schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet business coverage needs.
