Kin Insurance seeks an Insurance Counsel - Forms to turn aggressive state expansion into filing-ready policy language. You’ll anchor either personal auto or property form drafting and serve as a backup for the other line.

You’ll translate statutes into compliant wording, respond to DOI objections, advise internal partners on coverage interpretation, and develop reusable forms packages for rapid state launches.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and bar admission preferred.
• 5+ years of policy form drafting experience or related coverage interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Research state statutes and translate them into compliant policy language.
• Draft responses to regulator objections on form filings and advocate Kin's position.
• Advise internal partners on coverage interpretation and form wording.
• Draft complete new state and product forms packages for your line of business, ready for filing.
• Review forms and escalate novel state law questions to Senior Insurance Counsel.
