Job summary

Collaborate with SMEs, analyze needs, and implement innovative instructional strategies using tools such as Storyline. Strong time management and presentation skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education or related field or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing e-learning, instructor-led, blended or performance support.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite; Storyline knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content and testing aligned to goals and competencies.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and business owners to define objectives and strategies.
• Proposes learning solutions and implements best practices in instructional technologies.
