Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or 8+ years of design/development experience in e-learning
• Experience assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Knowledge of one authoring tool such as Storyline and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligned with Ryder's goals
• Consults with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies
• Designs and develops learning project proposals
• Ensures instructional design solutions match objectives and outcomes
• Keeps up-to-date with trends in learning methods and best practices in adult learning
• Collaborates with team members on projects
• Performs other duties as assigned
