Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an experienced instructional designer to create dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training for its workforce. You will partner with SMEs to develop objective-driven content, design training strategies, and deliver effective solutions within scope and timeline.

Role requires deep knowledge of adult learning, use of authoring tools like Storyline, and strong communication, presentation and project-management skills to drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, or related field or 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Storyline or similar authoring tools and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions and tools for Ryder employees.
• Collaborate with SMEs and owners to define objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Create learning content and testing aligned to organizational goals and timelines.
• Propose and implement best practices in instructional technologies and processes.
• Stay current with emerging learning trends and apply best practices.
