Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions for Ryder employees.

You will create content and assessments aligned with business goals and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver effective learning strategies. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with adult learning principles and tools like Articulate 360, plus strong presentation and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five+ years designing and developing e-learning and blended training.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop objectives and strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions align to objectives and outcomes.
• Stay current on emerging trends in learning methods.
