Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to create and maintain e-learning, instructor-led, blended, and performance-support training for Ryder employees. You will design content, collaborate with SMEs, and implement best practices in instructional design to meet strategic goals.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, strong facilitation, and proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8+ years of equivalent work experience in designing and developing e-learning materials.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environments.
• 3+ years designing and implementing learning solutions and e-learning materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite required.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and Storyline.
• Ability to work with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions (eLearning, ILT, blended, or performance support).
• Create learning content and testing aligned to goals and competencies.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Propose learning project ideas and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Stay current with emerging trends in learning and apply best practices.
