Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training solutions that enhance Ryder's employees’ capabilities and productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies, stay current with adult learning principles, and use authoring tools such as Storyline to deliver effective training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area required
• Minimum 5+ years in Education or business environment
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite required
• Three years designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives
• Consults with SMEs to develop objectives and content
• Designs and develops learning project proposals
• Ensures design solutions match objectives and outcomes
• Stays abreast of emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning
