Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions for Ryder employees.

You will consult with subject matter experts, develop objectives and content, and ensure alignment with company goals and competencies, while staying current with adult learning principles and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years education or business environment experience in designing and developing e-learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing aligned to major training initiatives.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop learning objectives and strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates innovative ideas.
• Keeps up with trends in learning methods and adult learning best practices.
• Collaborates with team members on projects and initiatives; performs other duties.
