Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training solutions for Ryder employees.

The role partners with subject matter experts to define objectives, content, and evaluation strategies, delivering scalable learning programs that align with Ryder's goals and competencies. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, related area
• Five (5) years or more Education or business environment.
• Three (3) years or more Assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions, as well as designing, developing, and producing e-learning training materials/solutions. Experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies advanced required
• Knowledge of at least one authoring/development tool such as Storyline is required advanced required
• Knowledge of how to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions advanced required
• Knowledge of how to analyze information and identify needs and training/non-training advanced required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel. intermediate required
