You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop objectives, design content, and implement evaluation strategies, ensuring alignment with Ryder's goals and competencies. The role emphasizes continuous learning and innovative instructional technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, instructional design technology, or related area; or 8+ years equivalent experience in e-learning design.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of Storyline and other authoring tools.
• Knowledge of working with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives, aligned with Ryder's goals and competencies.
• Consults with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives and strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures instructional design solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates ideas effectively.
• Keeps abreast of trends in learning methods and adult learning principles.
