Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, or related area
• Master's degree preferred in related field
• Five or more years in education or business environment
• Three or more years assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions, and producing e-learning materials; experience with Articulate 360 required
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Knowledge of at least one authoring tool such as Storyline
• Knowledge of working closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies
• Knowledge of information analysis to identify needs and training requirements
• Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel knowledge

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives and aligns with Ryder goals and competencies
• Consults with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies
• Designs and develops learning project proposals
• Ensures design solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates creative ideas
• Stays current with trends in learning methods and adult learning practices
• Collaborates with team members on projects and initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
