Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor‑led, blended or performance support training solutions for Ryder employees.

The role partners with subject matter experts to create objectives, content, and evaluation strategies, applying adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to deliver impactful training on time and within scope.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent work experience in designing and developing eLearning and related materials.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• Five+ years in education or business environment.
• Three+ years assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of Storyline and other authoring tools; ability to work with clients and SMEs to develop training strategies.
• Knowledge of analyzing information to identify needs and training/non-training, plus MS Word/PowerPoint/Access/Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates innovative ideas.
• Stays updated on emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning best practices.
