Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in learning design or related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environments designing learning solutions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline is required.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to align objectives and content with goals.
• Create proposals and evaluate learning strategies to ensure outcomes.
• Stay current with adult learning principles and best practices.
