Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design tech or related area, or 8+ years' equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environments.
• 3+ years designing and implementing learning solutions and producing e-learning.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Storyline and collaboration with clients/subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligned to Ryder's goals.
• Consults with SMEs and business owners to develop instructionally sound objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates innovative ideas.
• Keeps current with emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning best practices.
