Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions for Ryder employees across eLearning, ILT, blended, and performance support formats.

You will consult with SMEs, develop sound objectives, and deliver customized learning strategies while staying current with adult learning principles and innovative instructional technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 8+ years designing and delivering e-learning.
• Master's degree preferred in related area.
• 3+ years assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; Storyline experience required.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop objectives and strategies.
• Designs learning project proposals and aligns with goals and competencies.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and stay up to date with adult learning practices.
• Stays current on trends and best practices in instructional design.
