Qualifications

• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite is required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains eLearning, instructor-led, blended training.
• Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to create learning objectives and strategies.
• Develops learning project proposals and evaluates effectiveness.
• Keeps up-to-date with emerging trends in instructional design.
