Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience in designing/developing e-learning and related training materials.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing, developing, implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Storyline or similar authoring tools required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training and assessment initiatives, aligning with Ryder's goals and competencies.
• Consults with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies for customized learning solutions.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures instructional solutions match objectives and outcomes; communicates innovative ideas to gain consensus.
• Keeps up with emerging trends in learning methods and applies best practices in adult learning.
• Collaborates with team members on projects; performs other duties as assigned.
