Job summary

LAND GORILLA INC is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to administer remote progress inspections and QA of inspection reports. You will oversee virtual walkthroughs, generate detailed reports, and ensure quality and completeness of self-generated remote reports, as well as quality review of reports by independent inspection companies.

The role requires strict adherence to client agreements and industry standards, with a focus on delivering accurate, well-documented findings

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to assess and articulate observations clearly in written reports from various documentation and direct virtual observation.
• Proficiency with software for reviewing digital documents, video, and images.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing customer service to business clients; ability to guide remote inspections clearly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with construction lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections via video call, guiding stakeholders through the process and ensuring visual documentation.
• Creates detailed and accurate inspection reports based on observations from remote inspections.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Meets department productivity targets.
• Communicates status and quality to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Escalates report quality issues and coordinates timely resolutions.
• Maintains and improves quality control documentation.
• Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvements.
• Stays updated on changes to industry standards and lender guidelines.
