LAND GORILLA INC. is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections and QA of all inspection reports.

You will guide remote stakeholders, document visual evidence, and ensure reports reflect current project status with clarity. The role requires strong quality control skills, detailed knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to produce accurate written reports from virtual walkthroughs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of construction stages and terminology.
• Ability to articulate observations clearly in written reports.
• Experience generating clear, concise reports from virtual inspections.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video calls and documents visual evidence.
• Creates detailed inspection reports from remote walkthrough observations.
• Conducts quality control reviews of all reports for accuracy and standards.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Communicates status and quality with stakeholders and escalates issues.
• Identifies process improvements and stays updated on industry standards.
• Supports other departmental functions as needed.
