Job summary

Land Gorilla is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to administer remote progress inspections and assure the quality of inspection reports. This role oversees self-generated remote reports and reviews reports from independent inspection companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum familiarity with quality control in construction.
• Ability to write clear inspection reports from virtual observations.
• Experience communicating with business clients remotely.
• Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays; residency requirement.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video calls and guides stakeholders through the process.
• Creates detailed and accurate inspection reports from remote observations.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Maintains and improves quality control documentation.
