Job summary

LAND GORILLA INC. is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to oversee remote progress inspections and the QA of inspection reports.

The role involves guiding clients through video-based inspections, generating detailed reports, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and lender guidelines. You will also perform quality control reviews of reports from independent inspectors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client agreements, while meeting SLA targets

Qualifications

• Proficiency with reviewing digital documents, video, and images.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections via video call, guiding contacts through the process.
• Creates detailed inspection reports based on remote observations and documentation.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Meets department productivity targets.
• Maintains timely communication with stakeholders on report status and quality.
• Collaborates with other teams to improve customer experience.
• Handles escalations regarding report quality and ensures timely resolution.
• Keeps quality control documentation up-to-date and consistent.
• Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvements.
• Keeps up-to-date on changes to industry standards and lender guidelines.
