Job summary

Land Gorilla Inc. is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections and assure the quality of inspection reports.

You will oversee virtual walkthroughs, capture visual documentation, and generate comprehensive reports for clients and lenders. The role requires strong QC discipline, familiarity with construction terminology, and the ability to review third‑party reports for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles.
• Understanding of construction stages, trades and terminology.
• Proficiency with software for reviewing digital documents, video, and images; comfortable with video conferencing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing customer service to business clients remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to guide stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with construction lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video calls and guides stakeholders through the process.
• Creates detailed inspection reports based on virtual walkthroughs.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Meets department productivity targets.
• Keeps stakeholders updated on report status and quality.
• Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvements.
• Keeps up-to-date on industry standards and lender guidelines.
• May assist with other departmental functions as needed.
