Job summary

LAND GORILLA INC is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to administer remote progress inspections and QA inspection reports. You will guide stakeholders via video calls, create comprehensive reports, and perform quality control on both self-generated and third-party reports.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to articulate observations clearly in written reports from virtual walkthroughs.
• Proficiency with software for reviewing digital documents, video, and images.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience providing customer service to business clients remotely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with construction lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video call technology and guides point-of-contact individuals through the process.
• Creates detailed inspection reports based on observations and documentation from remote inspections.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
• Meets department productivity targets.
• Provides timely communication with stakeholders regarding status and quality of reports.
• Collaborates with other teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Handles escalations regarding report quality and ensures timely resolution.
• Maintains and improves quality control documentation.
• Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvement.
• Stays current on industry standards, company policies, and lender guidelines.
• May assist with other departmental functions as needed.
