Job summary

LAND GORILLA INC. is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections and ensure the highest quality of inspection reports.

The role involves guiding clients through video-based inspection processes, producing precise reports, and performing stringent QC reviews of both self-generated and third-party reports. Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology; ability to articulate observations clearly in reports.
• Proficiency with software for reviewing digital documents, video, and images; adept at using video conferencing platforms; able to generate clear, high-quality written reports.
• Experience providing customer service to business clients and guiding them through a remote inspection process with effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video calls; guides point-of-contact through the process and ensures comprehensive visual documentation.
• Creates detailed inspection reports based on observations from remote inspections.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Ensures reports meet established SLAs and quality targets.
• Communicates status and quality of inspection reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Escalates report quality issues and collaborates with teams to resolve them.
• Maintains and improves QC documentation; identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry standards, policies, and lender guidelines.
