Job summary

LAND GORILLA INC is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections and ensure QA of all inspection reports. You will supervise virtual walkthroughs, generate detailed reports, and verify accuracy to meet client standards and SLAs.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports from both internal and independent inspectors, maintaining quality control docs, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Familiar with quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to articulate observations clearly in written reports from virtual walks.
• Proficient with video conferencing tools and reviewing digital documents/images.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections and guides stakeholders.
• Creates accurate inspection reports from remote observations.
• Performs quality control reviews of self-generated and third-party reports.
