Job summary

LAND GORILLA INC in the United States is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections, generate detailed reports from virtual walkthroughs, and guarantee the quality and completeness of self-generated and client-submitted inspection reports.

You will perform QA reviews against established standards, meet SLA targets, and communicate status to stakeholders while identifying process improvements and staying current with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology, and the ability to assess and articulate observations clearly and accurately in written reports from virtual observations.
Proficiency with software for reviewing digital documents, video and images, and experience with video conferencing platforms.

Responsibilities

Administers remote progress inspections using video calls and guides stakeholders.
Creates detailed inspection reports based on remote observations.
Performs quality control reviews of self-generated and client-submitted reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Ensures reports meet SLA and quality targets.
Maintains timely communication with stakeholders regarding status and quality of reports.
Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvements.
