Job summary

Land Gorilla is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to manage remote progress inspections and perform QA on all inspection reports. You will oversee virtual walkthroughs, document visual evidence, and ensure reports meet client standards and SLAs.

The role also involves reviewing submissions from independent inspection companies, maintaining quality controls, and collaborating with teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles.
• Excellent ability to articulate observations clearly in written reports from various documentation and virtual observation.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video calls and guides stakeholders through the process.
• Produces detailed inspection reports based on remote observations.
• Conducts quality control reviews of all inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
