Job summary

Land Gorilla Inc. is seeking a Draw and Remote Inspection Quality Specialist to administer remote progress inspections using video calls, and to generate detailed reports based on virtual walkthroughs.

You will also conduct quality control reviews of reports from self-generated and independent inspection companies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. The role emphasizes meeting SLA targets, communicating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology, and the ability to assess and articulate observations clearly in reports.
• Proficiency with software for reviewing digital documents, video, and images; familiarity with video conferencing platforms; strong written reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience providing customer service to business clients remotely; guide stakeholders through inspections and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with construction lending is a plus.
• Work Schedule: 8-5 pm; Saturday & Sunday required; Thursday & Friday off.
• Location: San Luis Obispo, CA area preferred; must reside in CA, OR, WA, AZ, ID, TX, VA, FL, NC.

Responsibilities

• Administers remote progress inspections using video call technology and guides stakeholders through the process.
• Creates detailed inspection reports based on observations and documentation from remote inspections.
• Performs quality control reviews of all progress inspection reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Ensures all reports meet SLA targets and quality benchmarks.
• Meets department productivity targets.
• Provides timely communication with stakeholders regarding status and quality of reports.
• Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvement and collaborates with other teams.
• Maintains quality control documentation for consistency and accuracy.
• Stays up-to-date on changes to industry standards, company policies, and lender guidelines.
• May assist with other departmental functions as needed.
