Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate local business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions. This 100% phone-based role is remote, with a Mon–Fri schedule and quotas to meet.

You will build a pipeline, leverage Salesforce, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting small businesses from home. You’ll earn a starting base of $37k with uncapped commissions and a typical first-year on-target earnings around $50k, with opportunities to exceed

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to make high-volume outbound dials daily.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls.
• Own and manage a pipeline of local business clients in CRM.
• Work from home on a set Mon–Fri schedule and meet monthly quotas.
