Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate small business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions. The role is remote but requires residing in the Central or Eastern Region of the United States.

You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, manage a Salesforce CRM pipeline, and work a set Monday–Friday schedule. You’ll be backed by a supportive virtual team and focused on hitting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's degree in a people-centric field.
• Strong outbound dialing and phone-based sales aptitude.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Educate business owners on Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls.
• Manage and nurture a Salesforce CRM pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Work from home on a fixed M-F schedule and hit monthly quotas.
• Provide product recommendations and handle objections to close deals.
