Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will educate small business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions. This is a 100% phone-based, fast-paced role conducted from a home office with a West-region residency requirement.

You will qualify leads, manage a Salesforce pipeline, and achieve monthly quotas through high-volume outbound calls and effective questioning. The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with interest in sales or people-centric field.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience or equivalent.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound dialing and daily call targets.
• Proficient with email and basic computer tools; Google Suite familiarity.
• Must have current US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls.
• Handle a pipeline of clients across the US and Canada in a CRM (Salesforce).
• Work from home on a fixed local-time schedule.
• Provide product recommendations and overcome objections to close.
• Exceed monthly quotas and track daily goals to drive results.
