Job summary

Yelp is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to educate small business owners on Yelp advertising solutions via high-volume outbound calls. You will manage a pipeline in Salesforce, work from home with a Monday–Friday schedule, and aim to exceed monthly quotas.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles, an ability to handle rejection, strong communication, and a US work authorization. Training and competitive compensation include base salary plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience or GED/HS Diploma with relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree with interest in sales/business or people-centric industry
• Willing to make high volume outbound calls daily
• Proficient in general computer and email tools (Google Suite)
• Able to maintain a distraction-free work environment
• Access to home high-speed internet (no satellite)
• Strong willingness to accept feedback and improve
• Excellent interpersonal and prioritization skills
• Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls
• Follow one of several local-time schedules while managing a customer pipeline in Salesforce
• Handle outreach to diverse small businesses across the US and Canada
• Work from home on a set Monday–Friday schedule with no commute
• Identify client needs and recommend Yelp solutions to close deals
• Aim to exceed monthly quotas and track daily goals
