Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions. The role is 100% phone-based, remote, and requires residing in the Eastern Region of the United States or Eastern Time Zone.

You will manage a pipeline, hit monthly quotas, and work from home on a Monday–Friday schedule with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Outbound and inbound communication with small business owners.
• Strong phone-based selling and prospect qualification.
• Ability to manage a large pipeline in a CRM.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound dialing.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising with business owners over the phone.
• Own and manage a pipeline of clients using CRM.
• Hit monthly quotas and exceed targets when possible.
• Work from home on a set Monday–Friday schedule.
