Job summary

Yelp, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate small business owners across the US and Canada on Yelp advertising solutions.

This role is 100% phone-based, remote from home, and focuses on achieving monthly quotas with a collaborative virtual team. You will handle a high-volume pipeline, work in Salesforce, and pursue opportunities for upsell while delivering tailored solutions and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated interest in sales/business or people-centric industry
• No fear of high-volume outbound dials, daily
• General computer and email proficiency — Google Suite
• A distraction-free work environment
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through a high volume of outbound dialing to business owners.
• Work one of the following schedules in local time: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
• Own and manage a pipeline of clients across diverse verticals in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Sell advertising to small local businesses from home on a set Mon–Fri schedule.
• Master Yelp’s advertising solutions and provide product recommendations quickly to fit client needs.
