Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to connect with local business owners across the US and Canada, educating them on Yelp advertising solutions. This 100% phone role is remote, with daily schedules and a quota-driven environment.

You'll build a robust pipeline in Salesforce, outperform monthly targets, and collaborate with a supportive virtual team while delivering tailored recommendations and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with an interest in sales/business.
• Able to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
• General computer and email proficiency—Google Suite; Macbook provided.

Responsibilities

• Educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs via high-volume outbound calls.
• Manage a pipeline of clients in Salesforce.
• Sell advertising to small local businesses remotely on a Mon–Fri schedule.
• Provide product recommendations to fit client needs.
