Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. The role offers remote work within the United States, with a focus on prospecting new business and expanding relationships across pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets.

The candidate will drive sales through virtual engagement, coordinate with field teams, and deliver value-based solutions to improve laboratory productivity and analytical performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum of 3.2 GPA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans that identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through the promotion of Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations, customer business reviews, and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
