The role combines virtual customer engagement with strategic field collaboration to drive opportunities, forecast accurately, and deliver Waters solutions that enhance laboratory productivity and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through promotion of Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, and service agreements.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and customer business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
